Once, a man came to our Prophet (salla Allah alayhi wa sallam) and stood in front of him. Overcome with awe and fear, he began trembling and shaking! The Prophet (salla Allah alayhi wa sallam) reached out to him, and said, "Calm yourself down! For I am no king. I am but the son of a woman from the Quraysh who [out of poverty] had to eat jerky" [Reported by al-Ḥākim 2/466]
Look at the humility of our Prophet. Masha'Allah!
